A 69.76 Acre mixed use development. The project reclaimed 15 acres of undevelopable property from the flood plain by employing a 12’ retaining wall and providing floodplain mitigation near the creek. New Public Roads, Water Distribution System, Wastewater Collection System, and Storm Sewer Drainage are all in this project scope.
